360 Leadership Assessment

The CheckPoint 360˚ Competency Feedback System is a multi-rater feedback process that provides participants with an opportunity to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people around them – their boss, their peers, and the people whose work they supervise. From this feedback, participants can compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths, and pinpoint the areas of their job performance that could be improved. This assessment process is concerned with the participant's job performance in eight skill clusters and 18 universal competencies, described as follows:

Each participant completes an evaluation, a process that takes about 30 minutes. They are guaranteed anonymity (except for the individual's "Boss") and urged to be honest and objective in their responses. Participants may complete their feedback via the Internet and results from all who provided feedback are compiled in a report that is returned to the individual.

Gregorc Style Delineator

A powerful and widely used research-based, self-assessment instrument for adults designed for identifying and quantifying the Concrete Sequential/Abstract Sequential/Abstract Random/Concrete Random thinking styles and their respective style characteristics. This assessment is based on the Mediation Theory – how individuals take in and organize information, which is essential in how they think and communicate with others.

Based upon a psychologically-formulated matrix of 40 descriptive words, the Gregorc Style Delineator is an extraordinary tool for helping individuals gain a better understanding of Self and others by increasing self-awareness and understanding of different thinking styles and default behaviors, as well as increasing appreciation for diversity of thought and function.

Essi Systems Emotional Intelligence Map

The EQ Map is an extensively researched, norm-tested, and statistically reliable tool that measures emotional intelligence in an adult workplace population. Unlike a test, the EQ Map is a multidimensional assessment that helps one discover the many facets that make up their personal emotional intelligence and its relationship to one's performance, creativity and success. It is self-administered, confidential, and easy to use and understand.

The EQ Map includes the EQ Map Questionnaire that assesses one's emotional intelligence; the EQ Map Scoring Grid that visually maps one's personal profile so they can see their strengths and vulnerabilities; and the EQ Map Interpretation Guide that provides details and recommendations for changing one's performance.
